Crochet Patterns/ Free Pattern Friday
Crochet Lacy Shawls and Scarves

It’s free pattern Friday again and this week I thought I would include patterns of crochet lacy scarves and shawls.  With the weather being warmer its nice to dress up spring and summer clothes with pretty lacy scarves, shawls and wraps.

First one is:

Fire And Ice Shawl

I absolutely love this shawl, the colours are beautiful and I also love the metallic look too.  The pattern is so light and delicate and it looks easy to do, so it would be good for a beginner to crochet.  Pattern designed by Crochet Dreamz – Link to pattern Fire and Ice Shawl

Lacy Star Flower Wrap

This wrap is absolutely gorgeous and would look lovely over summer dresses when you are on holiday, that is when we are allowed out again of course!  I would make this in many colours to go with all of my summer outfits.  Pattern designed by Cream Of The Crop Crochet – Link to pattern Lacy Star Flower Wrap

I know this isn’t a scarf or a shawl but I couldn’t resist this cowl!  It looks so easy to wear and would add a bit of glamour to your everyday outfits.  The pattern was designed by Christa Co Designs.  Link to pattern – Trina Shawl

Magic Spell Shawl

And finally we have this very pretty shawl designed by Crochet Dreamz.  I love the colours in this one too and the very delicate pattern.  I was surprised to read that this pattern only takes up one skein of yarn!  Link to pattern – Magic Spell Shawl

Well that’s it for this week, I’m sure you will agree with me that all of these crochet lacy scarves and shawls are all absolutely beautiful.  Most are all done using just one skein of yarn and all the patterns are easy to do, making them suitable for all levels of crochet skills.

I am sure I’m going to be busy making these after I have finished the ‘Grinda Shawl’ I am currently making.  If you have seen my other posts you will know that I have made a few of the ‘Grinda Shawls’ but they have always been presents for people, so I am actually making one for myself now!  I will show it to you when I have finished it.
