It’s Friday again and that can only mean one thing! This weeks free patterns are crochet bathroom accessories. I thought with most people having plenty of time at the moment, you could have a spa day at home! The patterns I have found here can be made for yourself or would make ideal gifts to give family and friends.
Reusable Face Scrubbies
First up this week are these lovely reusable face scrubbies I found on a website called ‘Wool To Your Door’. There are a few of these on the internet and they are a great idea, to re-use facial wipes instead of using throw away ones. The label on these is brilliant and they would make a great gift for family and friends. Link to pattern – Reusable Face Scrubbies
Three patterns in one here! A great idea showing how you can make three different washcloths in co-ordinating colours. You could use any colour combinations and they would look just as good, but I really like the colours in these. The patterns are on a brilliant blog called ‘Maria’s Blue Crayon’. To be able to crochet one of these is amazing! I go through loads of these body poufs, so will definitely be making one! The pattern looks easy enough to do, I first thought that it would be a difficult thing to crochet but on the blog, which is called ‘The Painted Hinge’, it shows photo step-by-step instructions. There are many different things on this beautiful blog apart from crochet, including DIY Projects, Decor Inspiration, Printable’s and all sorts of helpful tips. Have a look, I think you will like it! And last one for this week is this great soap saver. I must admit, I had never heard of a soap saver before, but when I was looking for patterns for this post I came across a few. The nicest one I found was this one. It wasn’t on a crochet blog, it was on a website called ‘Soap Folk’ that makes and sells organic soap! When I asked Fiona, owner of the company, if I could include her pattern on here, she said she was flattered! Considering this isn’t a crochet website, the pattern is very well written and has plenty of step-by-step photos. If you are planning on making any of these items for gifts, you could also buy some gorgeous organic soap from here as a luxury extra! Link for pattern – Soap Saver
Well that’s it for this week. I hope you have enjoyed looking at these crochet bathroom accessories patterns and have fun making some. I particularly like the face scrubbies and think they are very good idea. You could make all these items in co-ordinating colours and give them as gifts. I am planning on making some labels for these items and will add them as a PDF download for you.
Hope you are all keeping safe and coping ok is these difficult times?
