This is a new thing that I am going to be doing from now on, Folksy Friday. Each week will have a different theme and this week’s theme is ‘Pink Things’ to help celebrate my new logo!
Folksy is an online Market Place like Etsy but just for UK craft sellers. There are many great craft people on there and each week I will be showcasing what I find.
Here is what I have found this week:
The first one is this beautiful Sun Catcher made by JOYS Of GLASS. There are many gorgeous things in this shop all made by the very talented Joy. Have a look at her shop JOYS of GLASS
I love this funky felted bracelet made by Twee Things, I think it’s very modern! There are many great things in this shop including necklaces, brooches, greeting cards and many more. Have a look in this shop Twee Things
How cute is this?! I absolutely love this, so much so that I think I’m going to buy it! Crafted and hand painted by the very talented Kay from Kay Fox Designs. She has many beautiful items in her shop, Kay Fox Designs
Pink ‘Mum’ Bag
I can’t help thinking that this bag from Digg Design would be good for carrying my wool around in! There are many great different things in this shop, T-shirts, cards, and cushions. Link for shop Digg Design
Blush Pink Pearl And Crystal Bracelet
How beautiful is this, it’s so delicate and pretty looking. It would make an ideal bride or bridesmaid gift, it’s a pity I didn’t see this before my daughter’s wedding as it would have been a lovely gift to give her. Lots of gorgeous jewellery in this shop – Anna King Jewellery
Welcome Home Banner
I love this ‘Welcome Home Banner’ by Pretty Little Things Orkney. Lots of lovely gift ideas in this shop, for wedding’s, new baby, Mother’s Day and Easter. Have a look at the shop – Pretty Little Things Orkney
Of course I had to include a crochet hook in this post! This is brilliant in neon pink, it looks so comfortable to use. Lots of crochet hooks and craft accessories in this shop – PedrosPlaques
Bluefaced Leicester Yarn
And finally, just like the crochet hook, it just had to be some yarn! I have used Bluefaced Leicester yarn before and it’s gorgeous, so soft and light. This is on sale at the moment and I would be tempted to buy it but my husband has put me on a yarn buying ban! Haha.
Well I hope you have enjoyed this first ‘Folksy Friday’ post and it has given you some ideas about the great craft people out there. Until next time.
